Fraud costs you twice.

Card testing runs on your checkout

Fraudsters check stolen cards with small payments at stores like yours. The disputes and the fees land on you.

Promotions attract professionals

Coupons, cashback and free shipping are made for new customers. Organized abusers open accounts in bulk to farm them.

Marketplaces inherit seller risk

Every new seller brings their own risk. Without seller verification, a bad actor sells under your brand.

Every alert says why.

Declining a good customer is also a loss. When the alert shows its reasons, your team can approve with confidence instead of declining by default.

Proof

Forged in Brazil's regulated iGaming market

Bonus abuse in betting is coupon abuse in retail: fake accounts, shared devices and organized groups farming an incentive. Our engine proved it catches this in production, with licensed betting operators in Brazil. The same engine is now available to retailers.

  • Proven in production with licensed operators in Brazil's regulated betting market, where it monitored every deposit, bet and withdrawal.
  • Catches bonus abuse, bots and colluding accounts, the same tactics behind promo abuse and card testing.

What buyers ask.

How does chargeback prevention work?

Most chargebacks start as a fraudulent payment or a false claim. Safefy checks the order before authorization, using device, behavior and payment signals, and keeps the evidence when a dispute comes in, on the same engine proven in production in iGaming.

What is card testing and how do you stop it?

Card testing is when fraudsters run small payments with stolen cards to find the ones that still work. The pattern is clear: many cards, small amounts, one device or network. Safefy spots it and blocks the attempts before authorization.

How do you detect promo and coupon abuse?

Promo abuse hides behind many accounts that look new. Safefy links them by device, address and payment method, so the same person cannot claim the same coupon over and over. The discount can be denied while the order still goes through.

Does fraud prevention add friction for real customers?

No. Most orders carry no risk signal and go through untouched. Extra checks only appear when signals stack up, and every alert explains why, so your team approves good orders instead of declining by default.

How does marketplace seller verification (KYB) work?

KYB checks who is behind a seller before they go live: the company, its beneficial owners, sanctions and PEP lists and adverse media. Safefy runs these checks and records the result, so you can show why each seller was approved.
